App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, we will request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. You can change this preference at any time in your device Settings under Privacy > Tracking.

Your Advertising Choices

• Opt-out of Personalized Ads: You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:
  • iOS: Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising > turn off "Personalized Ads"
  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
• Ad-Free Experience: You may subscribe to StatIQ Premium to remove all advertisements.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service Providers

We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including:

7. Children's Privacy

General Users

Our App is intended for users of all ages who are fans of high school football. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

School and Coach Features (FERPA Compliance)

Certain features of our Services are designed for use by high school coaches and may involve student-athlete statistics. In these cases:

• We operate under the direction of schools as a "school official" under FERPA
• Schools are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent
• We collect only the information necessary to provide statistics tracking services
• Student information is used solely for providing our Services
• We do not use student data for advertising purposes

13. Additional Information for App Stores

Apple App Store

This App uses the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for the purpose of serving personalized advertisements. Users can opt out of ad tracking through iOS Settings.
